Our Farm Programs

Gardening Program

True nutrition begins with the quality of your food’s source. Starting small is the first step toward lasting growth.

Our garden began with a simple collection of grow bags, expanded to raised beds, and has now grown into a large in-ground plot. As your knowledge and needs evolve, so can your growing space. The most important part is simply to begin. Take the next step and get involved in a class to refine your green thumb and grow your fruits and veggies from your own hands.

Farm-to-Table Herding Program

We raise sheep specifically for their milk, a highly nutritious and versatile product. Sheep milk can be used for drinking, cheese production, and a variety of other dairy applications with the appropriate cultures. Among small ruminant species, sheep milk contains the highest levels of fat and protein, and its exceptionally small fat globules make it the easiest to digest. The rich fat content is also key to producing some of the world’s finest cheeses. Our East Friesian sheep are a true tri-purpose breed, valued for their high-quality wool, meat, and milk production. Get in touch with us to learn more about our classes on herding and processing sheep and goats for your farm.

Homestead Program

True community is rooted in collaboration — individuals coming together to share knowledge, support one another, and grow stronger as a whole.

We offer monthly, hands-on classes designed to teach a variety of essential homesteading skills. Current class topics include canning and food preservation, herbal medicine and first aid, bread making, and practical sheep and goat care, including birthing and milking techniques. Each session is an opportunity to gain valuable skills, connect with others, and build confidence in self-sufficiency.

If you are interested in attending a class or have a skill you would like to share with our community, we invite you to contact us. We would love to hear from you and continue growing together.
